SWE Interim Orders Extensions Applications
In Social Work England v Nyamapfene [2025] EWHC 3389 (Admin) the High Court expressed its dismay at the delay in Social Work England bringing a case to a substantive conduct hearing. While the court extended the interim order, it gave a strong steer to the SWE to bring the case to a fitness hearingsexpeditiously. (15 April 2025)
