COMPLIMENTS AND COMPLAINTS
If you would like to give us feedback about the service that you have experienced please contact us. You can read the positive feedback we have received on our testimonials page.
We have a formal complaints process for matters that you consider to be of more serious concern.
Stage 1 is to complain to Chambers. Most matters can be resolved at that stage. However, should you be dissatisfied with the outcome of our complaints process, you can adopt stage 2 of the complaints process.
Stage 2 is to complain to the Legal Ombudsman, who will examine the way that we have handled your complaint, and adjudicate on the issues.

See the Legal Ombudsman’s Decisions on lawyers generally. The legal ombudsman investigates complaints relating to the conduct of registered barristers and other regulated lawyers.
